In the spirit of giving back, Diners Club International® is proud to collaborate with globally recognized non-profit World Central Kitchen (WCK) as part of our 75th
Anniversary celebration.
On 7 May, we are empowering our Clubmembers to support WCK’s mission of feeding those impacted by natural disaster and humanitarian crises. For every purchase made with a Diners Club card anywhere in the world on that day, we’ll donate a meal to emergency food relief*.

What is World Central Kitchen?
Founded in 2010 by Spanish-American Chef José Andrés, WCK is a nonprofit organization that is first to the frontlines providing fresh meals in response to crises.
Applying their model of quick action, leveraging local resources, and adapting in real time, WCK has served more than 450 million nourishing meals around the world.
When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes with the urgency of now to start cooking and serving meals to people in need.
By partnering with organizations on the ground and activating a network of local restaurants, food trucks, and emergency kitchens, WCK serves comforting meals to survivors of disasters quickly and effectively. To support regional economies, WCK prioritizes purchasing local ingredients to cook with or distribute directly to families in need.
WCK knows that good food provides not only nourishment, but also comfort and hope, especially in times of crisis.

One meal can change the world 75 years ago, a lost wallet at a business dinner inspired Frank McNamara to found Diners Club International, the original multipurpose charge card.
That one meal launched a cash-free revolution that still shapes our world today. To pay forward our success, we are donating meals that matter through WCK’s Climate Disaster Fund.
This fund supports WCK boots-on-the-ground efforts to feed those effected by wildfires, flooding, hurricanes, and other extreme weather event across the globe.
This is about more than just feeding people. It’s about helping meet a basic human need and bringing the power of hope to the table.
